Abstract

1. The Purpose of this Study 1) To investigate what the correlation between the organizational health and the job satisfaction teachers percieve 2) To investigate what the school organizational health teachers percieve in secondary school 3) To investigate what the job satisfaction teachers percieve in secondary school 2. The Method of this Study 1) Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient were applied to verify the <Hypothesis I> of this study. 2) T-test were applied to verify the <Hypothesis II> and <Hypothesis III> of this study. 4.
