工業高等學校 「2+1敎育體制」 運營制度와 改善方案 摸索에 대한 硏究

Abstract
This study was aimed to find a reform measure for operating system whichcalled as 「2+1 education frame」om technical high school. The suvey data was applied by x² verification statistics and brief conclusion of this study are :
First, even the result of evaluation for the operation of 「2+1 education frame」which applied to technical high school students was answered as generally positive but in case of apply it in regular curriculum, it will be possible to operating as job training facilitics which was main object, itself.
Second, the respons from teachers which concerned which 「2+1 education frame」was currently appeared as opposite opinion against, operating of this frame, particulary the young aged teacher's reaction, who has less than 15 years, experience, were oppugnant(86.1%) while enriched experienced teacher, more than 15 years, shown just negative attitude(14.4%) against to operation of this new frame, It means there's some different view among the teachers against their thought in 「2+1 education frame」.
Third, the result of survey for the labour condition in job training site were became clear as almost of trainee were worked 6 to 8 hours in a day which is within legal limit(83%), but few of trainee were still hard working 10 to 12 hours per day(3.95%) and it means that our training condition was not inproved perfectly yet.
Four, in the verification about trainee's major application in job during the job training period, most of trainee were concerned in his major(74.66%) but other student(25.66%) were job in different with his school major. Therefore for the successful operating of 「2+1 education frame」 every student who in technical high school must job applying concerned with his school major.
