UN韓國臨時委員團(UNTCOK)硏究

Abstract

This thesis aims at examining the UNTCOK's activities in Korea and properties. So I researched whole things on UNTCOK. Firstly I looked into the founding background, purpose, and process of UNTCOK, and then I examined closely where the original properties of UNTCOK had come from. Secondly I examind the commission's members' special characters and background in life, and then studied their activities in detail as possible as I could. In the base of this research, most basic problem was the commission's indenpendence when I examined UNTCOK's properties closely. And also I examined why UNTCOK handed over Korean problems to Interim Committee, and why UNTCOK took proposals from Interim Committe and watched the general election on South Korea. I examined UNTCOK's activities in Korea closely, linking the autonomy, heteronomy and so on in 5·10 election period with the relationship with America.
