한국기업의 생산유연성 도입 현황에 관한 연구

국·영문초록 수록|최근 급변하는 대내외 환경변화에 기업들은 생존하기 위한 다양한 전략들을 구사하고 있지만 생산적인 측면에서 과거의 판매지향적인 소품종 대량생산에서 이제는 기술의 변화, 소비자 욕구의 변화 등으로 인하여 다품종 소량생산을 해야만 되기 때문에 이를 지원할 수 있는 유연생산시스템(FMS)의 도입이 필수적이라 할 수 있겠다. FMS는 제조면에서 가변성으로 인하여 환경변화에 대한 촉매제 역할을 하여 인터페이스 시스템을 통하여 경비절감과 시너지효과를 가져오며, 재공품의 감소, 전환시간의 단축, 재고수준의 감소, 산출시간의 감소, 수요변화에서의 신속한 대응, 단위당 원가의 절감 등의 구체적인 효과를 얻을 수 있으며 작업환경의 개선에 의하여 직장생활의 질을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 FMS에 대한 기존의 이론적 연구에 대한 기술적 연구(descriptive method)와 함께 우리나라 산업중 비교적 자동화에 대한 투자와 이용정도가 높은 전자업체중 대기업 10개 업체, 중소기업 12개 업체에 대한 생산자동 도입 및 활용실태에 대한 현황조사인 설문지 조사인 분석적 연구방법을 병행하였다. 본 조사에서 나타난 시사점을 요약정리해 보면 첫째, 생산자동화기술 도입에 관한 내용에 있어서는 거의 대부분이 컴퓨터를 이용한 설계(CAD)가 대부분이고, 도입동기는 생산일정계획 조절, 직간접노무비의 감소, 시장예측의 불확실성에 대한 견해가 많았으며, 도입시 애로사항으로는 신기계구입에 따른 비용문제가 컸으며, 도입방법으로는 외국과 전문회사를 통한 도입이 많게 나타났다. 둘째, 생산자동화기술 활용에 관한 내용으로는 생산자동화기술에 대한 인식도 및 지식정도, 외부전문가의 활용, 하부이용자까지의 보급면에서는 낮았지만 최고경영층의 관심은 매우 높게 나타났다. 끝으로 우리기업들은 앞으로의 인력구조 변화와 생산환경 변화에 대응하기 위해서라도 FMS의 과감한 도입과 활용이 최우선과제가 되어야 하되 부분적인 것이 아닌 Total System 즉, CIM까지 고려한 자동화에 대한 투자와 교육이 병행되어야 할 것이다.|At recent, enterprises lead to variable strategies to be alive facing near at global changes of environments, however, they need importing flexible managing system (FMS) which may support variable products and small managing due to changing of technology and desire of customers no more including small products and mass production which leaded to selling as aspect of production. FMS effects such reduction of cost and synergy through interface system roling of medium into changing of evironments due to flexible way at manufacturing, and can be direct effectives such like reduction of reproducts, transfering time, range of stocks, produce time, and speedable deal with changing of demand and supply, reduction of cost per unit and with efficient working condition through the development of working condition. As analytical study method of qustionnaire test, in this study, included current test of importing auto production and usage about 12th small and medium enterprises, 10th large enterprises among the electronic companies which domain in use and investment for auto systems in Korean industries with clescriptive method of existing theological method for FMS. Therefore the events of this study are as follows: firstly, in article of importing of auto production technology, the majority is CAD(computer aided design) and the reason for importing is control of production day programme schedule, reduction of direct and indirect labour fee, and uncertain market prediction, and it happend cost problem due to purchasing of new machine and for the way of importing they imported by foreign and special companies. Secondly, in article of usage of auto production technology, if figured out that the recognition and knowledge of auto production technology, usage of another profession, and distributive low users are appeared as low condition but concernig of major operations are as high. Finally, our enterprises should lead to importing and use of FMS to deal with changing of forward production environments and structure of personnel but they try with Total System not partial system that is to say with investment and education of auto concerning of CIM.
