조직 특성에 따른 지식경영 전략에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- There are many factors which consist of knowledge management. And weight should be carried on them corresponding with the characteristics of each company. It is also important for the company to select an object. With these factors, success and failure depend on selecting an object and carrying out them. Though the centroid of industrial economy has been changed from material resources to intellectual assets, knowledge management which is for the effective use of knowledge hasn't settled down. Therefore, this study which introduces the effective knowledge management strategies by factors - evaluation of knowledge and compensation, KMS, share climate, CEO, etc. - can be very helpful to those managers who are interested in the knowledge management.
The purpose of this study is, through the cases of companies which are carrying out or already settled knowledge management, to deduce propulsion strategy according to the organizational characteristics and to present advance course of knowledge management to Korean companies. In addition, it is another purpose of this paper to help successful settlement of other following knowledge management companies.
This study tries to search how the company should propel when it carries out knowledge management. For this, this study extracted critical factors from previous studies, consulted other data including company case papers, and executed case studies for domestic companies by visiting and interviewing them.
Through knowledge management cases of three companies - Daelim Industry, Arthur Anderson, and Buckman Lab. - this study compared and analyzed which critical factors should be taken more emphases on, and searched advance course for Korean companies.
