Abstract
This study is intended to identify the way to command new generation soldiers. Through the military service, they grow their patriotism and team spirit. And also they loam to respect older people and the other group members.
But the soldiers who fill up our military at these days are asking special commanding skills to their commanders. We call them as a "New Generations or X Generations". There were many social changes while they were growing up, so they have different consciousness and understanding about society from older generations.
Accordingly the commanders, who are main characters of military group, have to know the change of consciousness to command the group effectively.
One of the most important thing for commanders when they command the new generations is to take lead in the job. The new generations hate to get one way order and passive job. The commanders have to show that they are doing their best to persuade them. If they start to think that they want to do something for their own commander they will also show their best ability and knowledge, they will put their lives on the line of fire for commanders.
After the commanders take the mind of new generation soldiers, they have to teach about the reason of military's being and lead special projects in the job field.
At last, commander controls his group successfully means the soldiers love and respect their commander and put their lives on the line of fire for their commander. At this point, commander also loves his group and he can put his life on the line of fire for them. So the education can be made effectively and the group can have powerful ability to catch their goal.
After all, even though the commanders are having a lot of difficulty to command the 'New Generation' soldiers, if they lead the job and open their mind to get closer to them, the 'New Generation' will respect and love their commander and powerful military group will be made by both of them.
